How It Works

Schedule pick up online at www.xxxxx.com or on Joix Wash App. Our window time for pick up is from 7 am - 9 am.

Put the laundry in the disposable bags (Do not put in baskets, laundry hampers, cloth bags) and place at visible area outside of your resident.

We check and remove any unlaundered items before processing your laundry. Your laundry is washed & folded and then boxes.

Your laundry is delivered to your resident. Our time window for delivery is between 6 pm - 9 pm.
